My Experience:
I totally liked the packaging of the compact, it is both classy & elegant! It is a plain black square case with their logo printed on it. It comes with an attached wide mirror and a nice sponge applicator. It is enough sturdy & the lid fits properly making it perfect for travelling. The compact comes in their typical printed cardboard box. I chose “01 Latte” shade as I thought this would suit my skin the most. This is the lightest shade of all the three available shades and did suit me well.
The compact has a very mild smell which is always a plus for my sensitive nose. It has a very smooth texture, feels light on the skin and doesn’t give a cakey look. It also claims to have SPF 15. But it doesn’t give you complete coverage, it doesn’t hide blemishes, it just acts as a setting & mattifying compact. I have a combination skin type, it stays in place up to 3 hours after which my nose and forehead area tend to get slightly oily. Staying for 3 hours is good. The sponge applicator works ok-ok but I always prefer to use my real techniques brush to apply, so it doesn’t bother me much.
How to apply:
Step 1: Cleanse and moisturise your face.
Step 2: Use a concealer on the areas that require coverage followed by a foundation. Apply evenly
Step 3: Now take the SUGAR As Nude As It Gets SPF15 Compact in your shade and apply it evenly all over the face with the sponge applicator or a brush.
Pro-Tip: Ensure that you apply the compact powder on the neck as well as other visible areas to avoid your face looking different from the rest of your body!
