1. Banana and Honey
Banana and honey works best as a moisturizer for your hair. If you have dry or frizzy hair, nothing can beat the wonder mixture of banana and honey.
Take one banana and mash it properly with no lumps in it, add 2 teaspoons of honey and mix it properly, to make smooth paste add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and blend it well. Apply on your hair, starting from the root of your hair. Part each strand to apply properly all over hair. Wear a hair mask, keep it on for 20 minutes. Wash it with mild shampoo. Rinse your hair twice on running tap water, properly.
Feel the softness and shine on your hair!
You can apply it twice a week.

2. Egg
One of the simplest ‘Dadimaa k nuske’ to help your hair get the best nourishment. It is well suited for almost all types of hair. Due to rich availability of protein and fat, hair looks moisturized for a longer period.
Take one egg, add 2 teaspoons of lemon juice in it, to keep away the smell of an egg. Beat the mixture till it is frothy. Apply all over your hair and keep it for 15 – 20 minutes. Rinse well with cold water, and mild shampoo. You can apply the mixture twice a week or month as well. Since, it is good for your hair to get the right protein treatment.

3. Curd and banana
Surely you didn’t know how the curd is helpful to your hair! If you did, then nothing better. Curd has bacteria which can help eat the enzymes on your hair and scalp.
Take a banana and mash it properly with no lumps and mix well with two spoons of curd, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and make a thick paste. Apply all over your hair and keep it for 20 minutes. Wash it with shampoo and cold water. Curd and banana mask helps you get shine and softness to your hair. It can be used once a week.

4. Oatmeal
To protect your hair from the damage due to scalp irritation and etc. Oatmeal hair mask is nothing but a life savior. It helps in increasing the moistening and improves in hair growth. Oats having high Vitamin A and potassium, it solves lots of hair damage problems.
Take one teaspoon each of oat and fresh milk, and almond oil to mix the ingredients. Make a thick paste by mixing all them properly. Apply on your hair, parting each strands for better results. Keep the mixture on for 15 – 20 minutes, and then rinse off with cold water using mild shampoo.

5. Coconut Oil
We all know, how coconut oil is great for hair. Those who have dry hair, try this mask. It works the best. In a small bowl, take 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Mix them nicely, and massage your hair using both your hands. Once, you have applied the mixed oil, cover it with a hot water wet towel. It relaxes your root of the hair, and helps you feel your hair.
Olive oil is known for natural moisturizer of your hair and coconut oil is rich in Vitamin D. One can massage with coconut and olive oil, every week for best result.

I have tested most of these masks and they work really well for overall health of the hair. Only concern with the masks containing banana is the washing part. It became so sticky that I used up almost half of the water tank to wash my hair 😀
