My Shopping Experience With Limeroad.com

Many of you must have heard about LimeRoad.com . They have a great collection of clothing , Accesories , footwear , bags & kitchen decors . This is the first time i had shopped with Limeroad . I always used to select some outfits & add them to the cart , when i come back to buy them the next day they would become “out of stock ” . So I never completed my purchase. Finally , when the Limeroad team asked me to review their site , I was quite excited .

They have a huge eye-catching collection of clothing to choose from .And their website is also pretty easy to browse through. I really like the soft colors of their layout. I initially bought one kurti & one t-shirt . Delivery is quite fast & there were no shipping charges for my purchase. They’ve sent it in two different parcels separately .After I received my parcel , I was very happy with my t-shirt but had issues with my kurti . So i wanted to return it , but couldn’t find any “return” option in the account tab . So I contacted their customer support team via Email & the response was quick & they solved my problem. I scheduled a return pickup & returned my order(part of it) without any hassles. They have a good return policy .

Then I bought a hand bag to my Mom. Few products are available at great discounts & few others are overly priced.  I wanted to buy this Fostelo bag for my mom from a very long time . The price here on Limeroad is low compared to other shopping websites. I was impressed by that. I got the bag delivered with in 3 days . Their packaging was good. And the handbag was even more good . My Mom & me really loved the bag . The color & quality were really good . Perfect for daily use ! I am happy with the product.

They have a ‘credits’ scheme , where any user can earn credits by inviting friends , by creating scrap books . The scrap book idea is quite innovative where you can mix & match outfits & accessories available on their website & you can earn credits if anyone purchases outfits from your scrapbook. These credits can be used when you buy stuff from Limeroad , but it is restricted to few things. You can only apply them when you make a purchase above a certain limit & cannot be clubbed with any ongoing offers.

They certainly have issues with their stock , be it size or availability. Whenever I like some Tshirt / Kurti either my size was unavailable or the stock becomes unavailable within few hours after being added to the cart. I agree that there is a huge craze for their site & people love buying your products , that they get unavailable very soon . But I get disappointed when the product which i selected, becomes unavailable very soon.  The same happens with prices , they  raise/reduce the prices very soon.
