Clean Your Make Up Brushes-

Most of us too lazy to wash our makeup brushes even though they collect dirt and bacteria and are the main cause of breakouts. We must wash our makeup brushes every two to three weeks. Mix a couple of drops of baby shampoo with lukewarm, swish your brushes around, rinse with lukewarm water and lay flat to dry.


Sanitize your Smart Phone-


According to a study, the phone we can’t take our hands off of can get more germs infested than the toilet in the public toilet. While you gossip away with your BFFs for hours, all the germs land on your cheek and jawline which cause spots and irritation on the face. To keep your phone and face clean, use a wet wipe a few times a day.

Drop Dairy from your Diet-

Dairy products, even organic products contain cow hormones which help in stimulating oil glands leading to acne. Be cautious of the hidden products in salad dressings and protein bars. So, stay away from any kind of milk products if you want the healthy glowing skin.

Have Watermelons-


Watermelons are rich in lycopene which helps in reducing the damage and redness caused due to the harsh summer sun and reduces chances of skin cancer. You should try and add one cup of watermelon into your daily diet by adding it to your salads or smoothies.
